Holiday Closure & Order Fulfilment Update
As we head into the end of the year, I wanted to give you an update on order timelines and our upcoming Christmas break.
Current Orders
All orders currently in our system will be completed and shipped before Christmas 2025.
Please note:
If you’ve already placed an order, I want to reassure you that you’re being fully looked after. Your order is part of our final production run for the year, and I’m personally making sure it is completed and on its way to you before the holidays.
New Orders Over the Break
You can still place new orders throughout December and January — however, please note:

Manufacturing will continue,

But I won’t be dispatching or delivering during this period, and

Any new orders placed during this time (starting 12th December) will be processed once I reopen in February 2026.

You're welcome to order at any time, but delivery will not resume until February.
