Quote Process/Hamdling

Login and Access Quote Request:

Visit the provided link and log in to your account.
Navigate to the quote request section of the website.
Initiate Quote Request:

Follow the steps outlined in the quote request process to select and specify the items you need a quote for.
Confirmation Email:

After submitting your quote request, you will receive an initial email confirming that we have received your request.
Receiving Official Quote:

Expect to receive your official quote via email within 1-3 days.
Save or Download Quote:

Once you receive the quote, you have the option to save or download it for future reference.
Accepting the Quote:

To proceed, open the email containing the quote and click the "Accept" button at the top of the invoice.
Invoice Conversion:

Accepting the quote will convert it into an official invoice.
Payment:

Complete the payment as per the invoice to initiate the processing of your order.
Stock Reservation:

We endeavor to reserve stock for your order, but prompt payment is advised to ensure item availability.
Shipping:

Your items will be dispatched once the invoice has been paid.
Quote Validity:

Remember, your quote is valid for 120 days, giving you ample time to make a decision.
